    Said by many to be the second-best museum in Romania (after the National Art Museum in the capital, Bucharest), the Brukenthal is a must see in Sibiu, containing 1090 paintings. The museum is named after Samuel Brukenthal, the governor of Transylvania. There are paintings from the Dutch and Flemish schools, Italian schools and, of course, German, Austrian and Romanian collections.…
